Initial Setup

In order to get maximum support from large corporations, there are two initial targets we feel we need to achieve. The first is to become a registered charity, so that sponsoring organisations can benefit from any tax relief advantages. The second is to gain the support from a leading figurehead to act as our Patron.

Information Gathering

Once this website is fully up and running, the idea is that anyone who finds an abandoned vehicle or case of fly-tipped waste in an inaccessible area will be able to report it to this central database. Through the media, it is also hoped to set up a telephone hotline and fax reporting system as well. The general public will be our 'eyes' of the British countryside and through them we will be able to establish a picture of just how big and serious this problem is.

Once we know where the many number of vehicles and fly-tipped waste are, we can then set about to retrieve and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner.

Assessing The Situation

Our first priority will be to carry out a reconnaissance of the reported vehicle/waste, so as to establish how to tackle the problem, what equipment is required and determine the priority in which it needs to be removed. The situation will be assessed and permission gained from the relevant landowner, be it privately owned or that of a large corporation (National Trust, Railtrack etc).
